Which of these are my Alma mater?

Suppose that i after i graduate high school i go to community college and have an associate's degree. And then i continue to get my bachelor's degree and master's. Which one of those are my Alma mater? The school, or the community college, or the college that i went to? And what does an Alma mater mean to you? Why is it so important?
