Would they have somehow seen it?

So I just had a blood test done because I've had symptoms such as cold sweats, white coating on tongue with bumps, headache, body aches and pains, nausea, swollen lymph node in neck, easy bruising, UTI....the results came back and they said all they tested for was normal except my mono test which said I've had mono in the past and my blood count was a little elevated meaning I have some sort of infection.... I'm just wondering if it's leukemia and they dont know cuz they didn't test for that or if I had leukemia would they have seen it while testing for other things? I'm just scared outta my mind cuz I'm a hypochondriac becuz I'm finding these little dots on mostly my legs that look like freckles but I don't remember having them before....someone help ;) thnx
