What is a great foundation?

So I typically wear almays tlc foundation but lately I don't like it as I used to. And it's almost out so it might be nice to switch it up! But my issue is... I think I have large pores... Or at least alma isn't covering them like I'd like. Also... Lately I've been working a lot outside in the heat... And I wear long sleves to work (acu's) so I sweat quite a bit but my foundation seems to move around and pile up around my face :-( like if I smudged some on and didn't wipe it in. Does anyone have a recommendation for a adverage priced, great foundation that covers pores/flaws super great and won't pile up or move or while off easy in the heat? Thanks!
