University of Michigan Theatre Department Auditions and Interview?

Alright, so the time has finally come for me to begin the College application process, and I am strongly considering a major in theatre. I was wondering if anyone can tell me about the Audition into the theater department of University of Michigan (my parent's alma mater) and the theatre department itself, preferably a student who has been to the University or has auditioned. I just want to know what I'm getting into-any other University Suggestions would be awesome!
