Is it effeminate for a man to get a tattoo on his right back shoulder?

I want to get a small-to-medium-sized tattoo (about 2x2.5 inches) of my alma mater's logo somewhere that it will be visible on certain occasions but not on a daily basis. I like the idea of getting it on my back right shoulder, but I don't know if I've ever seen a guy with a tattoo there. Is it considered effeminate to place it there?
